Terms

• Returns Policy: see below for outline of policy
• Damaged or misshipment policy: Report on damaged, short or incorrect shipments must be made to the Centax office within 1 month of invoice date, with shipment's invoice number.
• C.O.D. or prepayment on first order, VISA or MC payment also available
• Net 30 days from invoice date
• Orders are held if outstanding invoices are 60 days +
• All Titles are G.S.T. taxable in Canada

Delivery

• 3-day order turnaround
• Canada Post, Purolator Courier or other shipping methods at your request. Shipping and handling costs will be charged to purchaser.

• All returns are to be sent PREPAID to:

• Centax will accept full copy returns of legitimate overstocks of in-stock product, sold on a returnable basis, from all Centax accounts, at full retail value less discount.
• Returns between 3-12 months of invoice date accepted.
• Returned merchandise must be received at Centax in original saleable condition, free of all store markings and stickers, as well as free of creases and scratches.
• No need to obtain a Return Authorization Form. Customers are required to supply a packing slip with the title, quantity and invoice number of the original purchase. Returns received without this information will cause delay in crediting of your account while we request the necessary paperwork from you.
• Deductions from statement must not be made until receipt of Centax's credit note.
• All credits issued will be applied against future purchases. Cash refunds are not available.
• Centax assumes the right to refuse shipment to any accounts whose returns exceed 50% of purchases.
• Centax is subject to publishers' return policies and therefore any title considered non-returnable by its publisher will be treated as non-returnable by Centax.
